Is there really no per-client charge?: Correct. Every plan includes unlimited clients. You pay per trainer seat, never per client or athlete. See how per-trainer pricing compares to per-client for the math at different studio sizes.
How does the free trial work?: All three plans include a 14-day free trial. You can start without entering a card. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your account moves to a read-only state until you do.
What does annual billing save me?: Annual is billed at 10× the monthly rate (effectively two months free) on both the base price and each seat.
Can I add or remove trainers later?: Yes. On Studio and Pro, seat changes mid-cycle are prorated automatically by Stripe.
How is my data secured?: Your studio's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, and payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers. TrainStead does not currently provide a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) or HIPAA-compliant data handling for Covered Entities. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
